New toy

And it has arrived! Dave ordered a new kayak and it was delivered this past week. He was hoping to give it a try over the weekend but due to high winds and rain he had to put that off. There are four very excited boys in this house and we can't wait to get out and give it a try. 

Race for Christ

This past weekend we had the Race for Christ with MVCA. It is one of our biggest fundraiser for the year. Many hours of work went into it and it went well. All the kids sang before the race began, "The Star Spangled Banner." Ethan then headed off to a soccer game and Micah stayed to run in the kids fun run. We had beautiful weather and a few morning at the park.

Soccer

We are an official soccer family. We asked Ethan this year what sport he would like to play and he picked soccer. We signed him up for the Spring 6 week season. He is loving it! We have had a few weeks of practice and two games so far. These pictures are from his first game and it was a bit cold but still fun to watch. I think he is already planning on doing it again next year.
