Ready....Set....Tear apart! Phase one has been complete, dismantle! This is a look at the basement bathroom. We discovered mold in the wall behind the toilet and the grout was falling out in the shower so we made the decision to gut and redo. Now we are in phase two, um what do we do next? =) Ok, so we know what we want to do we just need to take the action to get it done. We'll keep you posted as time goes on and more things get done.
