Happy 4th of July! We had a very fun weekend. Dave's folks were able to come and celebrate with us. We enjoyed many fun things...
We started off the day with a fruit kabob American flag...YUMMY!
It was a little windy so we didn't stay at the lake as long as we had planned but we still had fun. Dave did a little kayaking, we had fun swimming and played in the sand. and we enjoyed a picnic lunch on the beach before heading for home and less wind.
Our spot on the beach.
We went back out toward evening for some go-cart fun. This is Levi and Daddy on Levi's first go-cart ride. It was a big hit! This was one very smiley little boy. He watched the older two go first and we weren't sure if he would want to but it didn't take much to get him out there with Daddy.
Dave and Micah are in the front car and Grandpa and Ethan are in the car behind. All these boys LOVE go-carts.
Now time for some ice cream before heading back toward town and fireworks.
It was a beautiful night to sit and watch fireworks and the display this year was spectacular. We had a fun filled day and a fun filled weekend!
