End of school awards

School has ended for another year. It is hard to believe that we now have a 3rd grader and 1st grader in our house. They both ended the year great. The last day of school was an awards ceremony and afternoon at the park. We have loved being a part of Missouri Valley Christian Academy and will miss it very much, but we are also excited about moving to Iowa and the new school and friends we will have there.

Micah's 6th Birthday

And we have a 6 year old in the house! Micah celebrated his birthday a couple of times with different family and fun was had by all. It is hard to believe that this little boy of ours is already 6. Time goes by so fast!

Zoo field trip

Micah's class went on a field trip to the zoo in Sioux Falls today. I was asked to help drive so I got to go too. It was a fun filled day with exploring the zoo and having a picnic at the park. The sun was warm, the wind was windy, but it was a good day and we all had fun.

Mother's Day

Mommy and her precious little men! They give me a gerbera daisy each year and this year they upsized the pot so it has more room to grow. I look forward to my daisy each year! How lucky I am to be called Mommy by these precious boys.

AWANA awards night

We had our last night of AWANA. Both the boys finished their books so were both receiving awards. Micah completed his first book and did the review and received a green ribbon. Ethan finished his first book, did the review and completed his second book. He received a pin for book completion and then he received his Sparky Award. This was his last year in Sparks and he will move onto T & T next year. We are so proud of our boys and how hard they worked this year memorizing scripture!
