Micah's new look

We have a little boy who has a new look at our house. Micah gets to be just like Dad and Mom now and wear glasses! We took him in just for a checkup and the doctor informed us that he had a stigmatism and would been needing glasses. We had no idea! Micah was totally excited about it because he is just like Dad and Mom now. They came in last week and he has been wearing them very well. I wasn't sure how it would go but he wears them faithfully and only needs a few reminders to put them on or to be careful. We think he looks like a little stud and very smart! 

Bowling

This summer we challenged Ethan to read 100 books. He completed his goal and as a reward we told him we would go bowling as a family. We finally paid up! Saturday we headed to the Family Fun Center and had a fun time bowling. Levi even got to bowl and all three thought it was pretty cool. Then it was out to eat at McDonalds which was a big hit too!

Snow fun

The older boys got skis for Christmas, thank you Grandpa and Grandma, and we had to give them a try. We have some work to do but they had fun! Daddy also has great help now when he needs to shovel the driveway.

Christmas

We had a busy month of December and here it is already January. We kept busy with many school Christmas activities with both boys and then Christmas break and time with both Grandparents for Christmas and then finally getting to have Christmas just the 5 of us. Here are a few pictures to capture our moments.

 We went to Pierre to the State Capitol to feed the geese and see the display of Christmas trees inside.
