Murdo

Dave had a business trip to New York this past week so the boys and Mommy packed up and headed to Murdo to visit Papa and Nana. It was a fun filled three days.

Mommy found this old trike in the junk pile but it worked like a charm and as you can tell we had one very happy little boy. It is amazing how something so simple can bring such a smile to a little boys face.

Micah's dedication

We dedicated our precious Micah David to the Lord on April 11th. What a special day with both Grandparents, Uncle Heath and Great-Grandpa and Grandma Carlson here. We love you Micah and hope you grow up to love God and serve Him.

Saturday adventure

It was another beautiful day for a family adventure. We checked out some canoe boat launches for future Daddy adventures and a family adventure is never complete without finding a park.

Little helpers

Here are just a few pictures of our two little helpers.

Micah decided one day to climb up on the dishwasher door while Mommy was unloading it to help. He loved pushing the drawers in and out and drooling all over the clean dishes!
Ethan being the ever helpful big brother. He loves to help Micah push his toy even though Micah is able to do it all on his own. He is actually a mad man with that thing. Once he learned to steer....look out!

Bug fun

Today was a cold windy day so a good day to stay home. We got out the craft box and Ethan had some fun. Thanks Shelly for the cute catepillar idea, it was a big hit. Ethan loved painting it and then after it dried we added legs and antennas.

First BBQ at the park

We had a beautiful day on Monday so we headed to the park. Ethan enjoyed throwing rocks in the water and watching the ducks and geese. Dave met us there after work and we enjoyed our first BBQ of the season. Oh how it tasted SO good! It was a nice evening to be out as a family enjoying the spring weather.
